first zucchini and canary melon blooms of the season=)

    mustard greens and kale

    lettuce, peas and purple plum radish

    today's lunch: mustard greens, kale, and kidney beans in a curry cream sauce

on the menu for tonight: garden salad and veggie burritos

  1. Looks really delish. I'm impressed!

  2. I have a new found love for mustard greens! I even like them raw! That dish looks so yummy!

  3. Looks delicious! How did you make the curry cream sauce? :)

  4. thank you!=)

    ashley, the base was leftover cashew cheese (blended soaked cashews with nutritional yeast, garlic and lemon). to that i added rice milk, red curry powder, ginger, and a squirt of ketchup since i didn't have any tomatoes. my inspiration for the dish was this recipe.

  5. oh so yummy and fresh!!! I cannot wait for my harvest!!!

  6. I am loving all of your harvest pictures. You are so inspirational! Do you eat the squash blossoms? I'm sure you saw Lisa's stuffed squash blossom recipe....
