my green buns

raw collard and other leafy greens make a nutritiously yummy veggie patty bun...

leaving lots more room for summer desserts!=)

  2. oh jane, i wish i could say that was homemade! they were dr. praeger's buffalo chickenless patties.

    the recipe here at vegan dad's blog sounds like a good one - i'd follow one of the reader's suggestions to use 1 cup beans and omit the chick pea flour, or maybe use 2 T if you have it.

    I had never thought of using collard greens in place of bread..have tried of course many lettuces...thanks for the idea!!!
