oh jane, i wish i could say that was homemade! they were dr. praeger's buffalo chickenless patties.the recipe here at vegan dad's blog sounds like a good one - i'd follow one of the reader's suggestions to use 1 cup beans and omit the chick pea flour, or maybe use 2 T if you have it.
