the bananas were in the food processor less than two hours after reading this post (talk about being inspired!). my cinnamon roll soft-serve didn't turn out as pretty as hers, but it was GOOD! i'm talkin' yum-yum sounds, lick-the-plate-clean good! in fact, i will be making it again very soon.
(maybe even tonight!=)
with whipped cream for the frosted effect

ReplyDeleteI am in Union county, but I grew up in Monmouth county. Near me, nothing! We do have a huge Whole Foods, but that's it. We go into the city a lot. Near my parents there are a lot of vegan places, not so much raw. That's at the shore in Monmouth County. Let me know if you want names! :)
I'm sure it still tasted good. That's what really matters.
ReplyDeleteI like making my raw n'ice cream into shapes, too, my favorite being cupcakes (no surprise there). I made a ton of them last fall. They're on my blog. You should try it.
