ReplyDeleteashley, the base was leftover cashew cheese (blended soaked cashews with nutritional yeast, garlic and lemon). to that i added rice milk, red curry powder, ginger, and a squirt of ketchup since i didn't have any tomatoes. my inspiration for the dish was this recipe.
oh so yummy and fresh!!! I cannot wait for my harvest!!!
