a simple pick-me-up for a cold, dreary day.
2 cups filtered water
4 tsp miso
2 button mushrooms
1 carrot
1 celery stalk
1 kale leaf
fresh ginger root, to taste
slice veggies thin. heat water to a simmer and allow to cool a minute or two. stir in miso until dissolved. add veggies and enjoy your warm, healing soup.=)
Looks delicious and healthy in the extreme. Ha. Will John eat that? :)
